Stratton Hats return policy states that standard hats have a 30 day return window from the date they are received. They can be returned for credit or exchange. Exchanges on correctly delivered hats are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Returned hats can not have been worn. Any hats returned to us for credit/exchange with noticeable signs of wear will be returned at the customers expense.
*Non-standard/custom hats are not returnable. Non-standard/custom hats would include any very small or very large sized hats or hats with badge holes other than the standard single eyelet. Stratton Hats Guarantee
Stratton Hats are guaranteed for one year due to manufacturer defects.
If it is determined to have a defect the hat will be fixed or replaced at no charge to the customer.
This does not include wear and tear on the hat due to daily usage.
Stratton Hats will determine eligibility of the warranty once the hat is received.
